Nurses too are stuck in these cycles seemingly discharging patients with wonderful teaching and health education messages to keep them away from the hospital bed, but this discharges are short lived and they come backs sooner than later, the health care at the inpatient setting dangling as the carrot yet the environment poses its risks.
